The day, in order.
A manager builds each technician's route once, on the days it repeats, and sets the stop order for each weekday. For a single date: skip a stop, cover a route, or mark a no-service day, without touching the pattern. The dashboard shows each tech's progress through the day.
Log the visit where it happens.
Readings, chemicals added, photos and a note, entered at the pool. No signal? It saves on the phone and syncs when there is. The office sees it as soon as it syncs.
The report your customer gets.
When reports are on, each visit sends the customer an email under your company's name: what was tested, what was added, a note from the tech, and up to four photos. Fewer "did you come today?" calls, and proof of the work when it matters.
